The Standards We Work By

Our team is deeply familiar with the common standards in Israel and worldwide, and adapts the submission to the requirements of every academic institution, in Hebrew and English.

APA 7th Edition

Full compliance with APA guidelines including emphasis on Hebrew sources and translation of institution names. Handling in-text citations, source list, DOI, and digital formats.

MLA 9th Edition

Handling MLA rules for humanities: parenthetical citations, Works Cited list, date format, author names and identification of missing publication details.

Chicago / Turabian

Footnotes, bibliography, Notes-Bibliography or Author-Date model, including theses and legal literature. Everything in a convenient and clear format.

Unified Citation (Law)

Accurate application of Unified Citation rules (3rd edition, 2021), including court rulings, legislation, legal articles and online sources.

Harvard / Oxford

Adaptation to Harvard rules and common options in universities in the country, including citation order, date format and research data.

Institution-Specific Formats

Unique structure for social work schools, education schools, papers in specialized seminars and internal guideline booklets.

Three fast steps

How the Citation Checking Process Works

We keep your content as is, and return an organized file with all technical comments.

01

Upload Files and Choose Standard

Send us your existing work in Word or Google Docs format + lecturer/institution guidelines page. Mark which citation standard is required and if there are sensitive points that need to be emphasized.

02

Check, Mark, Complete

We go through all citations, compare to the source list, complete missing details (like DOI, publication year, volume numbers) and create a clear comments list. If necessary, we build or reorganize the source list.

03

Return Perfect Submission File

You'll receive a clean file with the corrections made, an organized source list and a separate file with a changes report. If additional corrections are needed – we stay with you until submission.

Questions we hear a lot

Frequently Asked Questions

Didn't find an answer? You can always send a short message, we'll get back quickly.

How long does a full citation checking process take?
Most papers are completed within 24–48 hours (business days). Especially large papers or full theses are coordinated in advance – usually 3–5 business days, including an organized report.
Do you check that the source content is real?
We verify publication details (author names, publication year, volume/issue, DOI, links), and alert if a source appears not to exist or is unreliable. We don't have access to every paid article, but we'll mark what needs completion.
I don't know which standard the lecturer uses – can you help?
Yes. If there's a relevant course at your institution, we're familiar with common requirements and will help choose the appropriate standard and reformulate the source list accordingly.
Can I get an invoice and confidentiality agreement?
Certainly. We work with students, lecturers and institutions, and can issue a legal tax invoice and sign an NDA or confidentiality agreement for sensitive materials.
What happens if after submission another small correction is needed?
We're available after delivery for an additional round of corrections at no cost, including small adjustments the lecturer requests. The main thing is that you arrive at submission relaxed.
